Delivery Information
Free delivery for orders over £50.
Eligible orders will be sent with Royal Mail 48hr service.
Royal Mail Tracked 24hr - £4.95
Royal Mail Tracked 48hr - £2.95
We carefully pack and post orders Monday - Thursday each week. Orders received after midday on Thursdays will be sent the following Monday.
This is because we wish to give our products the best chance of reaching their destination as quickly as possible - to avoid them sitting in a courier warehouse all weekend.
All delivery times may increase during very busy delivery periods such as Christmas and we do not offer compensation should the goods take longer to arrive.
We use Royal Mail to deliver our food products. At present, we only accept orders for delivery to the United Kingdom.

AMENDING ORDERS
Owing to our packing schedule, we may not be able to amend orders. If you need to amend your order please contact us immediately via hello@sweetandwildtreats.co.uk and we will get back to you as quickly as possible.

Our Cancellation & Returns Policy
A refund will be offered in cases where:

You cancel your order before midday on the day of despatch. See despatch times below for further details.

We are unable to deliver the product(s) within 14 days of your order being placed. We would inform you as soon as possible and you will be entitled to obtain a full refund or credit for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the food product.

An item does not conform to specification. You must notify us of non-conformity within 24 hours of delivery for a refund to be considered. Photographic evidence of the non-conformity is always required. Please contact
hello@sweetandwildtreats.co.uk within 24hrs of receiving your order and state the information listed below when reporting any instance of non-conformity:
1. Your name and contact information
2. Product type / Batch Code
3. Order date and order number
4. Issue with product
Should a non-conformity come to your attention after 24 hrs since delivery, please contact us immediately and it will be dealt with on a case by case basis.
Because we use independent contractors to deliver our food products, we will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any delay in delivery. If something happens which is outside of our control; and affects the estimated date of delivery, we will let you know as soon as possible and give you a revised estimated date for delivery.

Refunds for other reasons may be considered on a case by case basis. The unwanted items must be returned to us at the customer's expense along with the customer name and order number. Items that have been eaten will not be refunded.
Refunds will only be issued after the items have been received back to us, we strongly recommend using a tracked service as items that go missing without tracking will not be refunded.
Despatch times:
Orders placed before 12:00 GMT Monday - Thursday will be despatched that day.
Orders placed after 12:00 GMT Monday - Wednesday will be despatched the following day.
Orders placed after Thursday 12:00 GMT will be despatched the following Monday.
THESE TIMES ARE SET LIKE THIS SO THAT GOODS ARE RECEVIED BY THE CUSTOMER IN THE BEST CONDITION POSSIBLE. WE SEND THEM ON THESE DAYS TO REDUCE THE CHANCE OF OUR FRESH CAKES SITTING IN A COURIER’S WAREHOUSE ALL WEEKEND.
